As Associate Director, Digital Innovation, based in Bern, you will drive CSL’s digital customer engagement priorities, with social media and AI as primary focus areas, aligned with Commercial and Medical objectives and the broader omnichannel strategy.
Missions
- Bring social media strategy together in a single centre of excellence with shared guidelines, processes and resource planning.
- Build a digital shared service that scales consistent, high-quality social media experiences across geographies.
- Explore and steward AI use cases for digital customer engagement, in partnership with the omnichannel and AI strategy teams.
- Work with Corporate Communications on enterprise-wide social brand strategy, presence and activation.
- Set service and performance KPIs and build integrated reporting and dashboards with Insights & Analytics.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or business field.
- 10+ years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, in marketing or digital communications.
- Thought leadership in social media and a strong understanding of AI.
- Experience with design thinking, proofs of concept and value realisation models.
