The AI Solutions Leader sits at the crossroads of product management, product knowledge and enablement, helping internal teams adopt the ChapsInsight and ArgonOS solutions.
Missions
- Build and share in-depth knowledge of ChapsInsight and ArgonOS so internal teams can understand and use them.
- Support product adoption by providing information and resources that develop the teams’ skills.
- Contribute to the product management of the solutions alongside the relevant internal teams.
- Collect feedback from internal users, identify improvements and relay the required product changes.
- Keep information flowing between internal users and product teams to support continuous improvement.
- Help with the monitoring and maintenance of the solutions when needed.
Profile
- Solid understanding of Data & AI environments and related software.
- Genuine interest in product management and continuous product improvement.
- Ability to understand how solutions work and spot improvements from user feedback.
- Ability to formalise needs and communicate them clearly to the relevant teams.
- Experience in enablement, product management or user support on technology solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication, teaching and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset, autonomy and good organisation.
- Curiosity about Data & AI topics and ability to work with stakeholders who have varied needs.
