Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious Business Developer to join our dynamic team. This commission-based role focuses on creating and closing new opportunities. You will be working independently to generate leads, negotiate deals, and contribute to the growth of GRD.
Zuständigkeiten:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective customer’s business needs.
- Develop relationships with potential clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate words to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure contracted products and services can be delivered.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in a business development role.
- Proficiency in French and German is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous experience working with CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-based position. Commission rates will be discussed during the interview process.
